Featured Friday Cardmaker
This week I am delighted to introduce you to Robyne and her adorable cards! Robyne doesn't have a blog so be sure to leave her some love at the end of this post.
What are your favorite stamp products? I like funny images and sayings. I figure everyone can use a smile and if the product makes me smile, it’ll make the recipient smile.
Do you have a favorite technique? To get some shine, I use clear glaze products sparingly for touches here and there. Also, I’m not afraid to use products from years ago. Sometimes they have to be repurposed. I use eyelets, diecuts, paper piecings, old punches, snaps, coluzzle shapes, staples, printed punchouts, even older designer paper. The main thing when using older products is to put them with current products and make them look neat and clean.
Are there colors you love to include on your cards? I love looking at unique color combinations. I usually try to match the printed paper. Recently made some robot cards that had the colors of lime green, gray-blue, peach, and orange. I wouldn’t pick those colors on my own, but they were the colors in the paper, so I colored in the stamped images to match. I even got to use some peach eyelets with these. I was pleased with how they turned out.
How did you hear about Operation Write Home? I read about it on a national, online message board and thought I’d give it a try.

Adorable cards. I too like funny images and sentiments. I really enjoyed your riddles and had never thought of incorporating them the way you did. I may have to "borrow" that idea. And, I agree wholeheartedly - you need a blog because your cards are too cute to go unseen by the rest of us!
