Midweek Throwdown - Recipe Challenge

Hello and welcome to this week's Midweek Throwdown  challenge!

First we’d like to thank everyone who entered into last weeks Michelle Perkett Studio sponsored challenge.  We had close to fifty entries here and almost as many on the Michelle Perkett Studio challenge blog!   What fun, a big thank you to everyone who played along!

We have a winner to announce too!  Congratulations #42 Karen Howard you were chosen to win the $10.00 gift certificate to Michelle's Etsy store!  We will be in contact with you very soon to help you claim your prize!  I used Random.org to choose the winner and had the widget posted here but it went back to zero for some reason!  Guess I'll keep practicing...

Our challenge this week is a recipe challenge.  We challenge you to make a card using a die cut or punch, ribbon and heat or dry embossing!

Our beautiful sample this week was made by Amy! To see more of Amy’s fabulous cards please visit her blog Amy's Bobbles.  Thank you Amy for your inspiration!

To play along in this week's challenge, simply upload a project using this week's challenge to your blog or online gallery then leave a direct link to your project using the Inlinkz widget at the bottom of this post.  And remember, you may use this challenge at any time.  Feel free to re-post the challenge on your blog along with your card… then come back and leave a link for us so we may all see your cards!

We encourage everyone to take a few moments to visit and leave comments for the other participants.  Comments are a wonderful way to say thank you for sharing your creative project and inspires everyone to create.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you join in the fun!

To play along this week, please enter your name, URL and email address in the link below then press next step and select the photo of your creative project.  An icon will appear on the blog featuring the photo you selected.  If the photo doesn’t appear right away, don’t worry, it will after the page has been refreshed.

I can't wait to get home from work and do this. Made a big batch yesterday--all embossed, but the ones with ribbon had no punch or die cut. The ones with die cuts had no ribbon. This will cause another big batch for OWH!

I've been doing this all week, and just posted one this morning as well. "Recipe" is a new term for me. I thought I had to do a recipe to bake something...haha
